ABSTRACT. The impact (Covid-19) on education in Indonesia, requires the government to take policy in a broader prevention effort, related to that the Ministry of Education and Culture took a stance through a circular on the Implementation of Education Policy in the Emergency Period of The Spread of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19). Millennials are the generation in their lives inseparable from information technology, technology as a lifestyle. Being very important to find and maximize education during the Covid-19 pandemic, through Distance Learning (PJJ) as well as a solution in the implementation of education during the Covid-19 pandemic, there are things that must be pursued in distance learning this system requires complex interpretation both in terms of educators and learners, utilization of information technology, and appropriate strategies in distance learning. So far, the learning strategy has only focused on conventional learning process (face-to-face), so that when there is an emergency phenomenon of strategy does not run efficiently, responding to this, then the purpose of this study is to explain how efficient and effective learning strategies on distance learning and its benefits for millennials. The results show strategies that educators can do for millennial students: Guided learning models, optimizing learning with social media, creative audio visual-based learning, and Blanded Learning System. Generally, distance learning during the right pandemic is certainly a solution and hope in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, to continue to shape educated millennials in an effort to transform knowledge in accordance with national educational objectives.
